Service Provider

SplitSnap is a before and after photo comparison tool provided by Zenith Apps. By using SplitSnap, you agree to these terms of service.

Free and Premium Tiers

SplitSnap offers a free tier and premium plans:

• Free: Up to 3 comparisons per day with watermark on exports.
• Pro (Monthly/Annual): Unlimited comparisons, no watermark, HD exports, and priority support.
• Pro (Lifetime): All Pro features with a one-time payment, including all future updates.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Lifetime Plan & Refunds

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features. As a digital good delivered immediately, lifetime plans are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SplitSnap for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Comparisons you create using SplitSnap are yours to use freely. The SplitSnap software, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Zenith Apps.

Limitation of Liability

SplitSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zenith Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
